Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for sales administrators and proposal teams, supporting daily tendering and quotation efforts.
• Review and interpret customer tender specifications to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Provide cost and delivery estimates to support proposal preparation.
• Prepare technical documents, including datasheets, proposal drawings, technical clarifications, and tender response sheets.
• Offer technical support during tendering and quotation activities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams as required.
• Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to gather relevant information for developing comprehensive proposals.
• Effectively manage tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oilfield wellhead equipment sector (subsea or surface), with at least 3 years in an engineering role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred; candidates with a Diploma and min 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Prior experience in tendering and interfacing with customers, including meetings, calls, and technical clarifications, is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with API standards and related industry regulations is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
